Max IV 20HP kohler magnum key switch

No matter how much googling i've done I cant seem to find a place to buy the older 5 post key switch that works with my max IV. Guy before me cut harness apart to add a push start and different lighting switch. It's horrible and I'd like to go back to factory. Anyone got a link? everything I find i'm not sure on whether it would work or not.

    I mean is this right?

I have the Indak switch numbers but I would do the 7 wire upgrade so you get a true accessories wire. That upgrade is in the manuals section on this site. If you need more info let me know by email so I can attach diagrams.

Usually I would upgrade but this motor and wiring are only staying in for the rest of this year and getting swapped out over the winter. Just going to keep it same 5 wire plug for now but thanks for suggestion. Just don't know where I could buy the correct 5 pin key switch

Try a 31-9330 from mfg supply. The upgrade switch is a 31-9623. Good luck. Wiring diagrams are on site under manuals just find one that covers your serial #
