Question Max II drive belt 15252aa - Alternative Supplier?

    Hello,

I know there have been various discussions about this elusive belt on here before, but none seem to have been very conclusive.

My drive belt has a few teeth missing and is generally quite worn, so I am replacing it.

The only supplier I have found is max6x6.com which sells it for $77 ish, which plus carriage (I am in UK) makes it very expensive.

Surely it is not bespoke to Recreatives, or is it??

Does anyone know of a cheaper supplier, ideally in the UK, or cheaper in the US?

    Many thanks

A quick google search shows the mfgsupply offers them at $32.99 + shipping. You can enter your UK address and it'll calculate shipping....

Search results for: '15252aa' | MFG Supply

The belt also cross references with a Dayco hp3003 which are found from a few different sources on Amazon.com, this one showing free shipping to the U.K. at $39.38.

    Dayco 3003

Thumbs up Larry W thanks hydromike

Many thanks for those links. Appreciate you taking the time. That HP3003 number seems the one to go for, so I will do a bit of searching for the cheapest.
Will update the thread with the cheapest supplier when I've found them.
