    R.R's chain tensioner install

I'm doing a belt replacement and installing Richard's chain tensioners on my '04 max 2. It's going ok but it has been a real pain getting the factory tensioners off for one thing. Secondly, I'm having to grind his tensioners down to fit into the frame as they are ~ 1/16" too long. I like the design of them but Damn it's time consuming to get them on. I can change an axle bearing faster than this!
    Anyone else experienced this?

Perhaps they were designed to be an over/under deal.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

I found that you just need to pound them in with a hammer. The C channel will bend to accommodate them.
