I did it, it took about 5 trips to local DMV, lots of waiting room time, and few calls to Richmond, but its done. The hang up was Recreatives Industries, the maker of Max machines was not in DMV of Virginia system. I hope that now it is. Maybe it will be easier for the next guy or gal to get their title. It was just $10
