Knowing what your tire diameter is you can figure out how many tire revolutions per mile. If you know what your top speed is (gps?) you can then figure out the RPM of your axles at 3/4 of that speed.
Example: A 26" tire traveling at 20MPH is spinning at 258 RPM. If 20 MPH was your top speed, your axles would be turning at 193.5 RPM at 3/4 top speed.
