What year model did the maxII come with the rear exit exhaust?
i've even tried that ...
I've seen the dixie chopper tire. still not the ones i saw at marengo
No, it wasn't a runamuck . Or mud sharks like on the green Max II above.
I'm not familiar with the "argo tire that didn't swim" i'll have to research that.
The Marengo ride is the in early june....
No, not quite like a mud shark. The zig zag was not nearly as pronounced as the shark. This really looked more like a chevron.
I saw a tire I've never seen before on a Max II on the marengo swamp ride.
I never got to catch up to the owner , or snap a pic. They were wide, & basically a modified chevron tread , but the bars...
I see harbor freight has a 22hp predator v twin.
Anyone have any experience with this engine?
I switched both of my max II machines over over to the roller style tensioner from Richards relics. Couldn't be happier
It would be an excellent and much needed update to the machines.

I think I read somewhere that they were testing out the maxxis sur trak to replace...
I like the look.
I wonder how they would do side by side against the ASX vampire?
Don't forget the track max.
It was a Max iv with factory tracks and no chain drive to the front & middle axles
A Super Swamp Fox was the first 6x6 I owned.
THats good news
If these had come out a while back I might have tried them.
Anyone have pics?
Are the 16hp &18hp B&S the same bore, stroke& comp. ratio? Just a smaller carb choking down the 16??
How about some pics?
Damn , I'm onboard . Put some highlifter Outlaws on it too!

I have never been a proponent of rawhides.
I thought they sucked 25 years ago when I replaced a set of 25 x 12 x9 III's on my BIG RED 3 wheeler with a set of "new" Vampires. No comparison.
I just...
