Good job, best thing I've done to mine so far...
Clean the carb again and only use non ethanol fuel
Awesome machines, it's incredible what they will do, the first time you climb an insanely steep hill and the first time you bail off in the water are memorable occasions!
I made a simple rack for mine, so handy for so many things and can be removed in like 2 minutes.

Sounds like no spark to me, it should at least sputter with ether sprayed in there even with low compression.
EK is good chain
I used 1/2" stud spacers and drilled the wheels
Low compression or partially sheared flywheel key?
Since they are all chained together anyway it doesn't matter where you put the brakes you're gonna get the same action.
Ethenol or 100% real gas?
The upper body is different between the round and square light IV's.
My 94 with the metal retaining rings uses 5 3/4" sealed beams, I used the regular hi beam halogen units from a 4 headlight car,...
Nice work!
Yep, get you some angle and make a band, one of the best mods I've made on my Max!
Sounds like you caught it in time. Like you said, I'd run it a bit and change it out again, try and flush it as best you can.
BTW, good talking to you on the phone today, look forward to you...
Oh hell no!
15' on a deer stand is more than enough for me!
Badland from Harbor Freight.
If it's like my 94 the inners are bushings with no provision for lube, I soak'em with chain lube when I spray the chains.
That's the main thing, you're up and running again!
Not really except private land, AATV's are too wide for public land.
I've seen the Boggs and Boulders website but never been there, looks like fun.
Sure thing!
My wife works for the Corps in EOC.
