Did you try to apply pressure to the tightening sprocket, then rotating the front wheel forward? We had the same problem until we did that, or you may have to take a link out. Good luck

i agree with "thebuggyman1", a four cylinder is a lot smaller, not to mention lighter, if you get the turbocharged ecotec motor chevy put in the cobalt ss, hhr ss, and saturn ion redline they have...
