When I ordered my bearings from them they told me up front they were not in stock and it would be a week or more before they shipped. You will see a big change with new bearings One tip if you use...
Found the flex pipe at the local NAPA sold by the foot, actually had it in stock. On another note it looks as though the cat-a-gator has found a new home and won't be alone.
Trying to source a new piece of flex pipe for my 93 Max II exhaust. All I can seem to find is 25' rolls. Walker shows it as #40001, 1 1/4 ID/ 1 3/8 OD.

You can buy them direct from RI in two sizes, the old is quite long and goes around to the back of the engine and a new style short cable that comes with a conversion kit to the front of the engine.
I have been running the Rec Stuff wheels @ 3.5psi and have had no problems. They are DOT approved and have a good finish on them.
I can't compare noise to the original as it was rusted away when I got the machine. I do know it is louder than a normal atv would be. The factory no longer offers the "outside" muffler so owners...
Here is what I did,
I welded a 1 1/2 elbow to a walker tractor muffler, made new brackets from some sheet metal and flared out the end of the elbow, it allows the flex pipe to slide in it, I did...
A better idea might be to weld the original holes and redrill them. Also check to make sure the bolts are not worn. If I remember correctly new axles were $140-150 each new.
Same here, multiple carb isssues until a friend offered to clean it in his ultrasonic cleaner. I was surprised at what came out in the tray. The crud can really hide in there.
The Max is back up and running. Since the rebuild the engine performance has been hit or miss. So I decided to take the carb off and give it a good look over and clean. Looking inside it looked...
I'll check the housing issue, although it is a metal housing. I do know the choke cable/mount is tight and secure. Thanks.
