Sound off with your Attex type, Serial Number,Color

Starting an Attex vin thread for those interested, pretty easy since the frames are stamped for the year frame was made. It will be interesting to learn if the letters denote model or engine so try to be precise.
Note; the machines may have been completed or sold at a later date.:

Hopefully Mike will pin this to the top.
If you have a early ST 297-300 serial number, they were on the dash decal, I owned 448 at one time. If no dash tag add trans number but please specify that it is the trans number.

ST/400/R Dash# 2232 CCW400 appears original and has `71 on clutch and carb. no frame #found. Transmission was missing and replaced with another Baker/Hill 7000

thanks Jim for getting this going

Q's trail machine's frame started life as a Colt, but I find no stamped numbers. The frame's in good shape, so possibly the Colt had numbers on the dash as well? Anyway, it's a late 71 or 72 Colt mongrel (ST400 body, T'hawk engine)

Budracer started out as a Chief 74E026643
    Li'truck was a green SC 75CP27128
Yellow Cheif project Rusty frame 74XXXXX
    Green SC project 76FN10027
    Green SC project 76IN10077
    Yellow 208TT no decal, 6000 trans #0543
McKay: It appears all identifying marks have been removed

The rest are just too buried to get to today.
Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

    (6) Attex, a Hustler, a Super Swamp Fox, (2) Tricarts, (3) Tri-sports, a Sno-co trike, 3 Dunecycles, and a Starcraft! ...so far

So far it would seem that, other than Don's LT/SC, the N in the serial number may denote Chapparal 484.
Once we get some more up here, we may find the keys to the Attex serial system yet.
