    Max II throttle

Back in June I posted about our restored Max II. Well, we've been enjoying the heck out of it this summer and fall. It's given me zero problems since the rebuild (until today). I have a frozen throttle cable, and I see there were some recent posts on this. It did get down to 8º here last night so I guess I shouldn't be surprised, especially with everyone in cold climates recommending going heated. When I had it all apart I did the baggie/hang it trick for a few days, then used the grease clamp tool until I blew grease out the other end. I guess it wasn't enough. I have been in the rain with it this year, so some must have gotted in there. Do you all go right to the factory when buying a heated cable?

Ordering one from the factory is probably the quickest way to get one unless you have a local dealer stocking them. I don't have one in stock.
