    P.J. FUN RUNNERS NATVOA T-shirt

I received this T-shirt on eBay. Its small but fits little Larry perfect. Does anybody know anything about it. Not sure if P.J. fun runners was actually something or just something goofy they throw on a t-shirt?

It sure looks like a shirt from an ATV club. And I assume NATVOA is national all terrain vehicles owners association? But why on earth is the helmet coming off and the flap open?

This shirt was our clubs shirt from around 1979. The club was composed of members from Pennsylvania and New Jersey thus P.J. This was a family oriented club. Not sure if any of the many of the members are even alive. I know Cheney's Argo in Cranbury N.J. is still in existence, Al and Gil were members. The club was strictly made up of Argos, Max's, Huster's, Attex and a couple of RIM's. I had an Attex back then. I still have a very old RIM which one of these days I want to repower it. Lots of good memories.

This is so cool Ralph that you found and posted about this history. Do you have any old pics or more memories to share.

Hey Ralph, you and Hugo should visit Pine Lake if time permits the travel just for the spectical and memories. We unfortunately can't make it this year due to Bonnie's wedding.
Do you have Ringcamp's Rim, always wondered where the Manhattan fueled machine went to.

I still have a few shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants. The sweatpants still make a ride now and again even after 20 some years.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Hugo passed away a year ago I believe. It was sudden. Wish he was still around. He got me into the 6x6 stuff many years ago. Pine Lake where is that? No I have the RIM from I believe the guys name was LEO. He sold it to a neighbor of Hugo's. I kept seeing it in the guys garage collecting dust. I got it for $700. It ran good for a few years and now I need to do an engine swap for a four stroke. I bought tires for it now I need engine and other parts to get it going again. I kept in contact withe Pete Frederick for a while but haven't heard from him for several years now. Do you know where the old crew is?
    Thanks Ralph

Sorry to hear about Hugo, Leo Latalle also passed a few years back, I can't recall if it was Pete or Rick that moved to Florida a few years ago.

Pine Lake is in Ashtabula Ohio, there are threads in the 6x6 racing forum along with pictures in the 6x6 racing photo sections.

Dave Smith, aka Country Bumpkin, should probably know where most everyone in that crew is.
