    Max Titles????

I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on a Max IV. I have been told that "most Max's never came with a title" I understand that they all have unique serial numbers so I would assume that they come, new, with either a certificate of origin from RI or a Title.
I want to verify that comment as fact before I get myself into a pickle.

Has anybody in Pa. bought a used Max and proceded to register it? What paperwork is necessary to either apply for a title or register it? Anything I've found by searching the site refers me to DCNR. It appears that they assume a Title is in hand.

    Any help would be great.

That's true......I don't have a title for any of my machines and it didn't stop me from registering them in NY. Recreatives stamps each machine with its own serial number. You can actually call Recreatives and they'll give you all the information on your machine if you provide them with the serial number. Last thing time I checked in PA, the only thing you needed for a sticker was the bill of sale and it's through the Dept of conservastion and natural resources:
