    Exclamation max iv dent in floor

    i have tried to remove a dent i have in my floor but it want budge.My chain is rubbing on the floor now and need some ideas on how to remove dent.thanks

    Heat up the floor from both sides with a small propane torch. Make sure you apply heat on the dent and a good 12-18" outside the area you are actually trying to fix. Then sandwich it from both sides with flat pieces of wood to put the dent back flat again. I would jack up a piece of plywood under the floor after you head it and lay another one, cut to fit wherever the dent is on the inside with some ballast on top of it. Then, make sure you leave it that way to cool for a couple of hours, probably overnight just to be safe before you remove everything.
