    sprocket and chain alignment

I currently have the T20 out for repair and noticed the sprockets on the chain tensioners and axle don't line up straight. I've never really had any issues before....should I adjust the to line up or should I just leave it as is?

    definately align them.
The chain will wear on the side of your sprockets.

You should try to get them to line up as closely as possible but don't align the idler sprocket to the axle, align them both to the T20 sprocket. Also, just looking at the pictures, which may be misleading, it looks like your sprocket tubes on the axles are pushed in really far. They look like they are touching the locking collar on the inner bearing. Perhaps that is causing the sprocket to be offset.

Edit: I just noticed that the support for the idler sprocket is loose so it may be straight / aligned when you tighten it back up?

Sorry, I didn't mean to alarm you but I was just suggesting that you check to see how far inward your axles were because, by moving them in or out, you can change the position of the sprocket. I just wanted to mention that so that when you go to put everything back together, and the T20 sprocket happened to not line up with the sprocket on the axle, you knew that there was some adjustment there.
