    I don't think I have ever spent over $500 for an amphib. Maybe $1000 once in a trading deal.

    That max4 sure does look nice though. Maybe before I die I might go out and buy something like that but not in the future.

    Red face Some days it doesn't pay to get out of bed

    I feel your pain, Larry. The day after I got home from my 1-day "hell run" to pick up my Max IV I discovered that my dryer had crapped out on me. I wrestled it away from the wall and finally got the stupid thing apart to discover the belt had shredded and one of the drum wheel guide bearings self-destructed. Some $60 later my replacements are on the way.

    Then I tried to go out and cut some firewood the very next day and the starter on my old chainsaw stripped out! Now I have to take that to the small engine repair shop in town and have it looked at! ($$$$$$) And this week's not even over yet!

    Like they say, when it rains, it pours!!!
