Hi Don the pic I posted in the gallery of the latest rendition of tires for the Attex SC were 22x10x8 Argo rubber although I had 24,s mounted for one earlier pic they would not work without lower tub mod,s which I did not want to do to a clean copy,so I opted for the 22,s with no clearance issue.Cheers Rob

Hey Don - You planning on attending this Aprils Busco Beach? I'm still planning on heading down there on Wednesday morning (to get my favorite spot and check out the general area).

Now for the question --- How do you have your winch mounted. I got the new Warn 1700 and noticed that if I leave the Hawse on it that I will be putting a lot of angled pressure on the winch plate (the Hawse will be pointed down so the force would be at 90 degrees to the mount). Since it's just a metal plate connected to the plastic body I'm concerned break (the plastic not the winch). I noticed that some of the 6x6 have the same winch mount I have but don't have the Hawse and others have a winch plate that allows the winch to sit 90 degrees from the front (which allows the Hawse to work).

As a reminder, my home phone number is 703-222-3773 and I'm generally back home by 7:00 PM each evening.

Hoping you can help me here a bit Don everyone says your the expert. I just bought a Attex Superchief with the Chaparral g50b 494cc engine.
the Past owner said they installed new pistons and rings bored 20 over and could not get it to start. spark was going in and out so I cleaned wire
connections traced ever thing down and have good spark all the time just wont start or even try with fuel or either sprayed in cylinders. The compression is 80 psi on No:1 and No:2 is 90. If the No:1 is on the flywheel side of the engine. I have the points starting to open just BTDC only when I look at the flywheel moon key its at BDC for the number 1 its been many years that I worked on 2 strokes and I have had a number of Strokes myself so I am not as good, sharp or quick minded as I used to be. Anyway I guess my question is could the past owner some how installed the pistons 180 out of time.

Hi Don - I'm up here in Chantilly Va. I was looking thru some posts and noticed that you mentioned having a T-20 Transmission torn apart. I was wondering if I could drop by and take a look this weekend. I'm thinking that I will rebuild mine this winter (net bands and maybe new disks). Wanted to see what one looks like inside.

    My hone phone is 703-222-3773
Cell Phone 703-999-1954 but I'm not on my cell phone much other than the weekend.
