Im glad i went new, I got the machine i wanted and $139 biweekly and i put what ever extra on it when I want.

I posted another video running through the bush with the new tranny, all in high range and never had a issue with power. if your going to run tracks id recommend Escargo, that gives about a 20-25% gear reduction with tracks on.

Got the 6.4 tranny in and I'm impressed. I think with the Escargo tracks and how they reduce your speed and increase your torque it's a good combo. Now come summer I can run bare foot and have the ability to go 30kmh. I was out with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 grand kids this week and their was twice I shifted to low to make a hill in the deep snow, other than that it was high range all the way. I like the sound allot better now too, it used to sound like driving a truck without OD, revved out and getting nowhere. If you intend to run argo rubber tracks high torque might be a good idea but other than that it's my opinion to stick with the regular high gear ratio tranny. I got some video but for some reason it won't let me upload it, a technical problem that I will work out soon. I'm heading out today to try out a Escargo winter kit I put on yesterday and will get a little video the regular way and post it hopefully later this evening (stick with the iPhone camera!)

I took the machine to rocky on the 3rd, the day before I come to work. The tranny is changed out but I won't be home till the 28th or 1st of March. I can send a message or post as soon as I get home. I will do a short flick and post it too.
