  1. How old is the buff your getting. The 20 horse magnum runs a different belt. I have 4and 2 manuals in my computer in Alaska but not going to be back until mid December. They might be on this site. I sent whipper all the dimentions for all splined axles so he can make them. Truck bolt through axles are a bit different length and I believe holes are in a different place. Again all my notes are in the shop. I believe we will see some changes by New Years so hold on the dealer thing. Text or direct email anytime. 1 907-388-8582. mark.2dmax@gmail.com Mark
  2. I have worked on both the 2 and the 4 . But never a Buff. I know the tub is just a 4 lower with the Buff top. But it uses the 2 jack shaft assembly to get the motor down in. I have No manuals at this time. Looking for some but none rite now. I was also told that the Max 4 axles will swap over ? It's an older one for sure so i was looking to upgrade the drive at this time. I haven't picked it up yet as it's alittle over 200 mile trip . So I am hopeing to pick it up soon !
Any help you can give me would be great !

  3. Wedge for info on the buffalo I've never seen an actual shop manual. It's a cross of a II design and a IV lower tub with buffalo only top.all axles and sprockets are buffalo only. Fritz at Argo adventure is putting everything into the web site. It was supposed to launch soon. If you have the 2 and four manuals they cover the truck. I don't think RI ever wrote out assembly of the truck. I e been told it's going to happen but don't know when. I've done a lot of buff work and will be glad to help. If you get an older one put the 72 mm bearings on the outside. Fritz direct # is (605) 775-2917 he may be able to get some info. I have a message in to him for new brochures.
