Sorry about the last reply as I didn't see the Ill..
You could check the Argo website for a local dealer, as far as the engine a sled shop should have no problem fixing it and getting you a belt if you bring them the old one.
It should have(if stock) a Kohler 399 0r 440, if you get the number off the engine tag and the number off the carb. which is probably a Walbro wd, try Growth products in Michigan as they bought up Kohler's obsolete parts.

I'll work on it. Hopefully we can get carb. parts. Probably have nos belt in stock if not should have after market.
