  1. increasing the torque with a bigger engine will show a big improvement in turning especially going up hill. the rev kit work well to increase water and land speed in the flats. removing the governor will eliminate the governor pull in hesitation on throttle roll in.

Hello Im from southern Maine I nown 2004 bigfoot which I enjoy I have owned it for a long time I was thinking of adding the rev kit do you feel this may help out with my engine bog I have had the carb apart a million times but still no luck Im hoping for a little more low end power . my next move is dropping in a 23hp briggs.
