    Hey Jeff,
Hope all is well with you.
Might we see you at Pine Lake this year? Schools out and it's a pretty big one.

Was that you that called from 845? Thanks to helping the Buff up.
  3. Thanks, think I've figured out by looking around it's a 900, they seem to be the only ones with 3 holes in the body and also the single rail under the seat. I do believe some on has done what they've done with it.
Parking brake mount is on the trans and disc is WELDED! on though I believe it was on the frame and removed though it has no disc on axle. Shifter linkage is all gone too.

Thanks I'll figure something to do with a little Piney engineering. Oh and clearing the inbox.
  4. Hi Jim,

I had a Hustler 900. Poly body, disc brake on the center axle, K440 Kohler 2 stroke, 21" Rawhides. It sounds to be an older model, early to mid 70's? There were some 945 and 950's didn't have air holes in the earlier versions, but the later model 950 and 980 had air holes with the plastic scoop mounted backwards. There were 900 models that have air holes with the plastic scoops mounted forward, but I think this was a problem because they collected too much debris in there. I wish I could give you more info, but there are just so many unknowns with Hustler. Ah well, anyway, post a pic and I'll see what other info I can provide. Take care.
