  1. Probably a good idea...I think if the banjo fitting was turned 180 degrees it would be ok...or just order one of the other longer lines and just put a loop in it...on another note...I thought you might be inerested in 2 simple modes I made..1 is to disconnect the start in neural wire on harness and rewire it to a small green led light on dash so when your out of gear it will light..#2 ..remove the grill under the hood scoop an recut to fit the cutouts in the hood...pop rivets with washers on the inside work well....also I bought 2 extra rubber mouldings from odg (used for the rear end of the tub) and put them at entry point for passenger and driver...this gives your hdi a finished look and you won't have to clean that area from leaves and branches..one other thing I did was ordered ARP stainless 6 sided bolts from summit racing and replaced the handrail and seat backrest screws..
  2. Thanks for the info. I also think the twist might lead to premature failure. I know the custom bike builders make break lines, if your worried about it that may be a way to go. I spend wayyy too much time away from home working and don't have time to look into it at this timely I would.
  3. Called odg this morning...they said we should have no problem with that brake line..I guess thats good news...but I still think that now that it was signaled out...they will change it on future machines..

  4. Thanks for sending the pic...i too thought it was just mine..i can not believe odg did not see this twisted brake line...with all the vibration between the frame and engine I am sure this will become a problem in the near future....if this line leaks our steering will be lost..and you will be stuck.....this line needs replaced with a longer one... I will call odg today and find out if they think this is ok.

    thanks tracmaster
