That's cool. I have a 93 Vanguard been thinking about the conversion myself. Keep the pictures coming.
I rebuild an 93 vanguard a coupe of years ago. I used double 50 for the axle chains and 40 for the idler.
Took it all apart and cleaned with break cleaner. Sanded the pads slightly. I is a bit better, but not as smooth engaging as the other side.
Thanks for the reply. It has only been an issue in about the last 10 hours or so. I've have cleaned the rotors, but now I will remove the pads and clean them.
Hi I have a 93 6x6 Vanguard, rebuilt about 100 hrs. ago. After about 5 minutes od driving I cant ease on the left break, it grabs, making it harder to control. I've taken the mechanical brake apart...
Yep numbers were wrong. Here are the actual numbers
610 18
37597GP
I have heard of GU (Low), MU (Medium) and HU (High).
My transmission is 610 10 GP.
So is it a low, medium or High?
I have a Vanguard with 22 chevron tires and my buddy has a bigfoot 25 rawhide. Mine will only do 1 km max. The bigfoot will do 5 or more.
|I have a 93 vanguard. I would like to have larger tires on mine. Can u post some pictures
Starting to understand it now. Thanks for all the info.
Here's a picture of mine. I just have a brass screw. Would the main jet be behind that?
11416
Great thanks. That's a lot more than I have now. The large screw on the right side. I though it was the idle, but turning it had no effect? Any idea what it is?
Thanks. Had a looks. Good Stuff
But didn't see anything on the Nikki 6100
I was going to clean the carburetor on my 93 vanguard, but I cant find any info online. Anybody have a manual or exploded view?
Looks like a Vanguard. Year is in the serial number.
V693-22
V - Vanguard 6 - six wheels 93 - year 22 - made that year
I just put the engine back in my 93 Vanguard. In neutral the drive belt spins. Got the idle down as low as it can go and there is a gap between the belt and the side of the primary clutch. Any cure...
Forgot to say, that the engine numbers are on the pull cord shroud.
I am rebuilding a 93 Vanguard. When I pulled the engine the air cleaner cover says 16, but the shroud with the pull cord says 18. Is there another way of telling if it is a 16 or a 18?
Is it because of the knobs between the chevrons? Has anyone tried to remove them?
