oil in apex trans?

    oil in apex trans?

    My trans was empty when I got it ,My question is what belongs in a apex trans gear oil or atf?,Looks like gear oil should go in it to me ?

    I cant say for sure but I believe it is just a gear box and you would want gear oil. I tried to search around for help/answers with no luck. I know the Alsport Trackster,coot and eagle, early hustlers and early sidewinders used them. I also read on the net that early craftsman lawn mower used them too. Not sure if thats true. But hat may help you find an answer.
