Can't help you with the penguin. I know nothing about them, other than they are rare. I see you are in 940 area code. I too am in north Tx. Amphibious vehicles are not all that popular here as you probably know! Instead most have an $18k Polaris razor!
I think I replied to your thread on the Gardentractortalk.com forum. I'm glad you joined us here on 6X6World! I know someone that has a few NOS rear tires for the Penguin.
