I saw a short film from England of a off road wheelchair. Six wheel drive with a springer suspension. The guy in the wheel chair could move himself from his chair to the vehicle without climbing over any obstructions, and the machine had a lot of clearance. Said to be designed for wheelchair bound people that would like to get in the woods or trail ride for a day. Battery powered with a 12 mile range. It was going over rocks small hills, and other obstructions without any apparent problems.
