    Yet another Argo ID question..

    I'm not getting a response from Argo (just requests for test-drives).

    Here's pics of (3) gearboxes I have. The first (2) I generally know the age. It's the 3rd one I call the "Mystery Argo". Having some difficulty identifying.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    I'm thinking early 80's. It has 1-1/4" axles, reinforced heavy-duty frame, and chain adjusters, so I think that excludes the 70's.
    Was hoping it was 1981 (the year I worked there). Then there's a chance I built some of the components, perhaps even the gearbox

    Ah, Never Mind. Argo just responded, LOL.
    It's a 1982.

    Engine: #2069E (probably a 16hp Tecumseh)
    Ser.: HT5023 (not sure what the "HT" stands for.
