    Cold weather starting

Winter is here! Fired up the 96 Max IV and she took a while. Choke lever seemed to pull out (not much) and I couldn’t see if it was moving the lever in the engine at all...I’m glad I had a nice full battery because it took a lot of turning over to fire up. I got my plowing done but the winch was week since I just about killed the battery starting it. Any cold weather starting suggestions? Other than make sure the choke is working properly of course. Thanks!

Give it half throttle and full choke. Works every time.
What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.

Sounds good. We got 8-10 inches of snow last night and I was able to start it up a lot quicker today when I went to plow.
