    The Scrambler is finished. The T-20 transplant is a success the patient survived.

    I hope to be there, might even have the springer with me. Did a couple of hot laps around the house. The scrambler loves to power slide on the grass. It's a little smokey but not tuned yet.

    Looks like you did a nice job of shoe-horning the transmission in there. Looking forward to seeing the thing up close and personal!

    Looks like you did great job putting that t20 in there. Did it fit easily or did you run into any problems?

    The fit is better than with the original scrambler trans. The Polaris clutch on the trans saves alot of space and keeps the chain interference to a minimum. There is room now for a larger engine. The trans and engine are on a movable subframe similar to the original so you don't need idlers to adjust the jackshaft or center wheel drive chains.
    I will post better pics and video this weekend.
