Installed a new battery in my 1999 Max II a few weeks ago and now seen battery corrosion (powdery substance) near and around the neg. terminal, what causes this and how do I correct? Any suggestions are deeply appreciated. Thanks
moldman, i'm not sure what causes it, but auto parts store sells a spray on battery terminal protecter that keeps that from forming. may want to give it a try. it worked for my max 2. johnboy va.
