Hi, Guys & Gals! I hope your Memorial Day is going well! On Saturday, Mrs. Coffinman and I were on very challenging trails at a local ATV park. We hit a particulary bad bump, and the whole throttle assembly LITERALLY exploded, and fell to pieces in my right hand. We were stuck on a difficult trail with no throttle! Fortunately, We had a LOT of medical tape from my medical jump-kit, and Mrs. Coffinman, (who is scary-smart when it comes to "Macguyvering" things.) We "repaired" it enough to limp it back to our trailer.

I think the assembly should be made with steel, not plastic, and is a design flaw that could be catastrophic.

Fortunately, I had ordered a new assembly from Argo Adventures, and had planned to install it later, so I forwarded to installation when we got home.

Anyone else have issues with the plastic throttle/brake handle parts?
