    frame alignment in tub

5 out of 5 openings in the tub lined up with the openings in the frame. All except one.

Anyone else have this happen? I think its been this way since they probably rushed the assembly at the factory.

Interesting. I think it came that way. It looks like it would still work though. This is a old body you dissassembled and not a new one right?

Do you have a plastic welder? If not I would suggest you get one. That one bolt looks awfully close to breaking the body. I would get a welder and add some plastic around that one bolt to strengthen that area. You can use a dremel tool to even out the hole if it is tight for the flange fitment.
