    Outer Bearing

I am planning to replace the outer bearing I have now with something that will keep more water out.

I have an older Argo and it has a 3 hole flange. I found these for $35 her in Canada

I just wondered if anyone had uses these kind of bearings?

Or is there a way to keep the water from coming in between the flange and bearing?

    hi ,
I have used 4 bolt cast iron housings .Installed on outside of tub .
Best installation is to use hollow flanged dowl pin [locates housing to chassis ,does not break the silicon sealant joint ,housing has zero movement ]
dowl pin size od 14mm id 10.25mm ,use either a 10mm bolt or a 3/8 bolt
    use triple seal bearings
    grease every use
