A quick and easy method to try. Remove the air cleaner lower assembly then fire the machine up. Rev the engine is much as it will go and slap your hand down over the carb inlet. You want it to almost stall then remove your hand. It should belch a bunch of black smoke. Then get back to running okay. Do this two or three times and you may pull whatever debris is in a jet out. Takes a little practice to learn how to do it without stalling the engine. If it does stall just let it dry out for a few minutes and refire
