If it was quiet before change it again and use type F. To test for band chatter you stop the vehicle with the sticks on a steep forward downhill. Allow to creep and stop. If it moans or shudders its bands. I’ve had people use a synthetic fluid that is very popular in the oil fields. T20s just howl when turning with this stuff. Type F sometimes 8 oz. of additive to get quiet again. Worst case it has to come apart and deglaze the bands and drums. The really noisy ones I tear apart usually have drums so shiny you can see your self in them. Has to be dull finish to get good grab. Friction is what makes T20s work.
