I see a lot of requests for belt help. Not sure if it is anywhere else but I have this from 1995.
15026A Ser. # 3631 and before used on 4 cycle and 295 JLO 1970 models. May use the Salsbury 780
15252A Ser. # 3632 and after used on 295 and all 4 cycle.
15138A used on BIG MAX and 340T. May use Salsbury 910
My MAX II 500-T is a 95 and uses the 15252 A belt. I have the Recreative belt with this number and made by Dayco. I believe the cross is to Dayco HP 3017. This is from an old price list I have. Just fixing a few things and ended up here. Hope this helps someone. Steve
