    Fire truck body

I have been trying to help out a friend of mine, and spec out a few fire truck body replacements. His unit has a few old fire trucks withcabs in great shape, but the body's are toast! I ran across somthing verry interesting while on this little hunt!

Were in the process of getting a bid from this poly-built. I'm guessing that the bid will kill everyone elses prices. I exchanged a few E-mails with the tech guys, and the up keep is one key element! These polly bodies can be damaged, but repaired easily, and cheaply! You can wreck one, and a section be total loss, but just cut the damaged section out & have a new section plasti welded in!

I damaged a door on an older rescue truck at work once. I backed out of the shop with the door open. The 3'x4' aluminum door + paint was over $2000 to replace!

I'll take any info on new companies you got. I'm personally hooked on the polly body idea!
