Here's another video that shows the different abilities of different machines with different tracks, I asume that the 6x6 that made up this hill so easily was Marwells machine with the custom rubber tracks

Yes, it was Martwell and his son; I filmed the tracks when he drove close to me.
The main feature of this track set is the 1.5" profile (a bit like why the adair are so good in mud and sand)
and here is mine on 18" plastic and unable to climb

Smog,
What size tires did you end up using? Did you use any bearing extensions?
"Don't worry my Dad's a TV repairman, he has an excellent set of tools..I can fix It"
Do they swim?
Do you have a contact number for the machine shop who made the guide?
Those are some wicked looking tracks. I like the guides. Nice Job!
Great looking set of tracks smog...looking forward to more videos of you playing in the deep snow...wish we had a back yard like that to play in :-)
Thanks for sharing

Very nice great job.
you are way better have it cut and bent locally; the weight of the track guides will just kill any deal.
there are laser cutting machine everywhere; just ask around and make sure you ask at least 3 quotation as pricing will vary wildly.
I bent the guides myself using a self-made tool like this one :

it was easy
