    What a great weekend!

A big thanks to everyone that makes this event happen, and thanks to everyone for the kind words and helpful tips about our first racer build. What a great weekend!

Our first attempt at racing didn't quite go as we hoped, Brian completed almost 5 laps before carburetor problems forced him out. He said it was a blast here is his favorite photo:

    IMG_2602.jpg

He tells everyone he was in first place holding off a hard charge from the car behind him.

It got a little scary when he was being towed off the track as the tow rope slipped down on the roll cage and the four wheeler pulled the car over.

He got a little banged up but he's young and will recover quickly!

So for the official results Brian Sharkey in an Attex DNF in the two stroke stock class.

We can't wait for next year!!

    Bob

Your boy did great out there Bob! I bet getting rolled will be a highlight of his experience. I know I enjoyed rolling mine in practice. Your racer really looked good. Time for all of us to modify our weak points for the next time. The free for all was kind of empty this year due to hard driving break downs.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

That was a great race. Bumpkin II was dialed in for most of that race... I think the Fisher machine was on track to win the other one...Hope everything turns out okay for everyone there.

Thanks for the awesome weekend everyone! We all had a blast. Hope the rumors for a fall race turn out to be true! Maybe i can find a bigger engine by then so i can keep up with Don and Hydromike!!

I was second in two stroke stock in the 400. Also a DNF in two stroke mod (spark plug wire!)

keep those videos coming, would love to see one of two stroke stock.

After sitting here and replaying things in my mind, I was either 3rd or fourth in 2 stroke stock and a dns in rookie and Deek Scott was 4th in the over 50 class-not bad considering he only had one tire driving on the right side the last three laps! and a dns in the mod 2 stroke. We both drove the #195 Attex

Talk about an Air Bud. I'm glad that everyone was ok and that you got that on film.
