    Max IV fd750d

    I have a 06 max IV with liquid cooled motor FD750D i have heard conflicting information regarding a heater core installation Does anyone have any experience and if so were to heck do you get rad to heater hose connection fittings? the unit has a block heater inline from pump to lower rad

    I've done a couple MAX IVs in 05. cant find my notes or pics now. I ran one of the small hoses from the engine through an underseat heater mounted in front of the battery. I remember I used 1/2" heater hose and they heated pretty well above idle. Not much flow at idle. If i find my stuff I'll PM you. -35 here today I see why your thinking about aux. heat!
