    Maybe this will help. You've got the Kohler 16HP K321. It is an excellent motor with lots of low end torque. It was used in many applications so parts shouldn't be too hard to come by. Good luck with it.

    k341 is the 16hp, k321 is 14hp k301 is 12hp. All the same blocks. Ive hear the 16hp can run hotter because the block/cooling is for 12hp. In lawnmower application your suppose to keep them wide open so the fan is cooling better.

    They where also used on john deer lawn tractor. Cub cadet used the same but they have a starter generator style starting/ charging system but basically same otherwise. You may be able to do a google search k341 and find some info. There a long lasting popular motor.

    You air cleaner may have attached right to the carb but here is the linkages.
