i was lucky here at my place, no water at all and had power . some outlying areas are still without power and some local roads are still closed. when you get timex squared away give me a hollar and we'll plan a ride down here.

Get that choke done so you can drive down all those closed roads.

I have a 16hp power max in my maxii and it's a great little motor it starts first time every time no matter how hot or cold or how long she sits.
I got my muffler from Briggs Stratton Muffler Part No. 808896
Filter Side Exit for $129.95 .They wear the cheapest on the net. I got the choke from ebay, I'm going to use a door lock solenoid to move the choke lever.
I already go up/down the closed roads with my truck to deliver gas/diesel to people that still have no power nor any way to get out. One of the advantage's to a big 4x4 truck.
will do, I'm pushing for this weekend to get it finished to the point ware i can drive it around and test it out.
NOW my question is, will i get more cable travel for the throttle using RI's cable and handle or stick with my aftermarket bike handle?
the cable travel i have now is about 1/4" max but I don't know how much travel RI's has?
This is the idea for the choke. I found it on buggy's gone wild.

I went with the Filter Side Exit muffler to able to exit out the top of the body,

I fabricated the pipe to be removable for wen i need to pop the top for maintenance.

I'm going to modify my throttle lever to move farther but will call RI for a heated cable and a lever for when mine brakes.
I finished modifying my throttle to move further then took the Timex out for a Little ride around the property at work.
Well it worked good till the bolt came loose and i lost throttle but after i fixed it,
I cant stop smiling even now
It was well worth the change, i climbed hills with no problem's and the motor is supper quiet, I all most hit two deer while romping threw the field.
I called RI today and ordered the heated cable and improved lever for the CMATVA Rodeo coming up.
Alls i have left to do is remove the old muffler and bracket's and cover up the hole and I'm good to go.
TalSet I think if your up to it I would be willing to go out and play for a while and test this out further.
Congrats Bob!!!
Reading your post almost makes me want to go out and finish my swap right now. btw. You were absolutly wight about just bolting it in. Thanks again for the insight you gave me. It encouraged me to have my engine half way out before ups even showed up today, and if it weren't for having to go see another member as well as talking to a few other members on the phone (i always enjoy talking to everyone) it would have been completely hooked up already.
