    They made transfer cases. The probably made automotive trans too? just a guess but with him saying automatic I was thinking an automotive style tranny. I posted a comment on youtube but I dont really expect an answer?

    Yeah, that's what I assumed too. Most of their transmissions were named after the number of gears they had. For their automatics a three speed would be a "35" and a four speed would be a "45", etc.

    I have a borg warner manual transmission in my Jeep. It's a T4 (4 speed).

    I'm getting a little off topic...By the way, I caught your original comment. That was hilarious.

    Yea, B.W. does a lot of stuff. Heck, Chaincases for Snowmobiles! There's a B.W. plant in upstate NY somewhere that produces them.
