Well I had to slow down on my aluminum 8x8 build and search for a parts undercarriage for now. I have Xmas and a few other project I have to finish and sell off to make some room plus it's duck season right now and it is sacrilege to work instead of duck hunt
But I picked up a parts engine and some other stuff was going to use a 1100 yamaha 3 cyl jet ski engine but this was to go to pass up ! the base engine is a rotax 521 (faa rates at 80 hp) then I got some alum dome pistons and some 618 cylinders with Rave valves and a few other extra parts only thing I am short is the rotary gear/water pump , coils, Bing Carbs (but I have some mikuni ) an elec starter (but I can make that like we do on airboats since it will be inside the engine compartment)
when I find a rotary gear and get it put together I'll try to post a picture
