    Gears

    Hey All,
I took apart my argo transmission and wanted some opinions on these gears. Would you replace them or try to get more life out of them?
    Thanks

Whipped gears only whip other gears quickly. Same as sprockets/chains.

I myself would file the sharp edges, make sure that they don't have any problems meshing together. Your pictures don't show enough detail to give a good opinion. How old of any Argo, and how much do you abuse it would be another good question. They look like they've been worn from shifting from forward to reverse, and grinding to get it in gear. How are the bearings and seals?
