There is a link that allows you to enter your email(maybe username too, cant remember?) and it will set up a new password for you at login.
I just double checked, it asks for the email of the registered user and has one of those image verification time wasting things that you normally have to do at least twice. Not because you are a spammer but because you cant see, lol. If it works the link is.... here
Larry directed you to the right location but I just wanted to ad that if he tries to log on and uses the wrong password, the site automatically gives him instructions on the screen to follow so that he can retrieve his password. It should be straight forward.
