Anybody know what type of electronic fuel injection is used on the Avenger engine? Throttle body, port, or direct? Can't seem to find any information on it on the Argo website and the dealer was certainly clueless as usual.

I did find the engine model on the argo site & then just looked it up on the Kohler site!

This is off the KOHLER site! Check section 5B, that's what you are looking for!

Man, that PDF has a lot of info.. diagnostic as well as general. I can see why avengers run so cool in the winter, with a thermostat that cracks open at 175, and a belt driven fan with no clutch. How much cabin noise is that fan making. Sure it needs it all in the hot summer.. I'd have to do something about it if I owned one.

We have a portable fire suppression water pump at work with the same motor! I can tell ya that thing is real loud. It's just on a frame with a guard around it. It's a constant woosh, that you don't want to hear all day! I'm gonna guess that with it in an argo body, the sound will be cut back considerably!
