Anybody here own a Penguin AATV

I remember when I was a kid and my father was looking at AATV,s one of the machines he took the family too look at was a penguin,I thought it was neat but secretly hoped dad would by a six wheeler instead, the penguin had four, hey wait a minute that's where this fascination for multi wheeled vehicles started, therein lies my inherent obsession with adding more tires.LOL N.C.T

Does that have a second set of points to run the motor backwards?? I was just thinking about rigging something like that for my terra tiger, but I dont know how I would spin the motor backwards to start it.

Yes, the Villiers motor in the Penguin has a second set of points for running in reverse. It has a reversible electric starter/generator also. I think golf carts use the same idea, but with a belt drive system if I remember correctly. I own a few Penguins and host Kevin's Penguin and Beaver Page
