I have an 07 Argo frontier and am really happy with it. I live in western Minnesota so snow is an issue. I have had it out in the snow and it handles it pretty well but also have had to shovel it out a few times. What are the best track options, plastic or rubber? Do I have to extend wheels out with either? What are costs for each application.
I am new to 6x6 world so I hope this hasn't all been dealt with in the past.
    Any info would be appreciated.

The plastic are a lot cheaper, but would be killer on ice. The rubber you could use year round, ice, snow, mud, rock. They do fit on the new Frontier w/o any mods.

I have an 08 avenger with the rubber tracks. can't stop it. I do believe you will have to use extensions though. It fits right over the stock tires.
